Move over Remington 760!

That video assaulted my senses. Lots of nooks and crannies to invite dirt and grit.
True innovation or simply re-invention of the wheel?

A little too complex for my tastes. Too many push/pull/turn/slide/lock/unlock features, plus the action is a reverse pump which would just add one more thing to remember if a quick follow up is required.
Shows off the companies ingenuity but that's about it.

Way too complicated. I can see if this was the very first pump action, and every other pump action after that was the refinement.

Another remarkably over-engineered piece of kit.

Can't remember who I first heard say it, "There is a wonderful elegance in simplicity." but they were right.

i noticed and wondered he same thing

One might say its because pumps are a North American invention with no significant history of European production. But at the same time the Europeans I hunt with all seem to have a soft spot for that other distinctly North American action; the lever. I suspect its because all those gun guys from across the pond all grew up with romantic notions of the Wild West.

I think 760/7600s will survive quite nicely. Those new things are far to pricey and totally back asswards as far as functionality.
