They probably wont.
Just as North Sylva denied and blamed their subcontractor for the T97 latent defect (the barrel gouge) that was never fixed or recognized.

Called North Sylva today. A gunsmith from Movie Arms has gone over to North Sylva (I guess this transition happened a few months ago), and the fellow on the phone said he is going to turn-around the guns very quickly.

The guy I spoke to was very polite and told me that they had had a good team working on the CSA warranty. It sounds decent thus far.

The over gassing on the the 2013 models were the ones in .223. Stick to its intended caliber 7.62 and they run flawless.

Incorrect. Both calibers were affected

i know it throws brass pretty far, but they all do.

I believe the warranty is 5 years. If its stamped 2013 it will be hard for them to deny it.

I shot my 2013 7.62 on Friday, the casings flew approx 2-3 feet up forward right. I'm happy with that. I'll get it repaired if it breaks, not when it's fine.

yea same here, my casings might go 3-4 ft up. it seems to be working fine. and i have a few years left before i run out of warranty. so i will shoot it til it breaks. which it probably wont.
