If you are having troubles with the video I suggest three things:

1. http://dl.codecpack.nl/k/klmcodec145.exe

download and install that

2. Download the latest windows media player from microsoft

current version is #10 i believe

3. Open the link in player installed on your computer.

Right click on the video frame and select properties. Another window should open up and you should be able to copy the actual link to the video file. With your player use that url as the filepath and unless the player you are using doesn't play streaming video, then you should be fine assuming you have the codecs you need.
