MP5 Claw type scope mount

I know there prohibited so this is a shot in the dark , but does anyone know the distance between the claws
on the mount? I think the mount might work on another hard to fit gun.

I know amazon.com sells mp5 scope mounts. Might find info there?

yah they have lot's for sale but not much info on specs besides rail length. .. took a chance
ordered one anyway, looks close. Guess I'll find out cheers!

I have the claw mount. What dimension exactly do you need? Width wise? Length wise? Center to center? Inside outside etc

B+T makes an mp5 mount that uses two screws as opposed to the actual hk mount that squeezes closed. it may help you as well once you confirm dimensions. could give you more room to play if you need it.

Width inside on jaws 1.08" 27.43mm / jaw tip to jaw tip .856" 21.81mm
Depth claws as loose as possible and not mounted on MP5 .533" 13.55mm / tight as possible and not mounted on MP5 .426" 10.83mm / tightened up on MP5 .479" 12.19mm

If you are referring to the jaw tip is the tooth itself then that is the measurements I gave for depth above.

Ahh clarity! Thanks again for the time and precise measurement.Seems It's a little small for what I need but I still have
a steel airsoft version coming so i'll have to see if it can be modified to fit .

If the airsoft part is made by one of the better companies you should be ok. Companies like G&G do accurate airguns with accurate dimensions.
