It's definitely overpriced, but then I find most new firearms coming in at the $3000 mark ridiculous. Of course, I still buy them because I'm weak.
As far as the Famae goes, I don't find it mediocre. Although, to be honest I have not fired a lot of the available carbine / smg's. I do find it very accurate, but the plastic mags suck. I bought some uzi mags and modified them. Much better. I have a TP9 showing up shortly, so that should give me some more comparison material.:)

Wolverine sells them. $1825 for the black and $1875 for the Tan if I remember correctly. You can find them at the top of this page.

Just went and shot my new TP9. Who in the hell designed this trigger pull? Good grief! It must be in the 15-18 Lb range. I tried to do some accurate fire to try different ammo, but I would always squeeze off a flyer or two to ruin the group. It seems to prefer 115 gr. over everything else. At 25 yrds I could print a 1-1/2 group with a lot of concentration. On the other hand though, this is a nicely balanced little carbine. It was very fast to acquire the poppers and I had zero problems staying on target as fast as I could pull the trigger. Overall I am pretty impressed with this little bugger, but I have got to get someone to do a trigger job on this thing.

THe trigger was orginally designed for sem/auto like the AUG trigger. I didn't find it bad at all myself. Very Typical modern European.

Did you find the trigger that heavy as well greentips? I'm going to strip it down and apply a little lube and see if it improves at all. It took some serious concentration to try and shoot for grouping.
