I have no intention to argue with you as you obviously know what's going on at your end. I am only repeating what I was told in response to that big 1/2 page ad you put in the Can Access. Remember that catchy ad in the late 90's that goes something like this:... We will be selling deact rocket launchers, mortars, smg.....etc etc at low low price...
When I called with my plastic in hand, a guy at your end told me not to bother as the approval to sell these deacts would not be forthcoming. If this was false info given to me, then I stand corrected by you.
