MR-1 and Lapua Scenars 77 gr...Wow... Pics...

For owners of MR-1 having trouble finding a moa load in their rifle, just use WWB 45 gr at 3600 fps all of my MR-1 shoot them MOA... JP.
 
Do you mean Winchester White Box? If so, that is amazing stuff, cheap yet accurate in almost every rifle I've tried it in. My buddy's Mini-14 Target is genuinely MOA with that ammo, and mine is very close to it.

Another prod directing me to buy an MR1. Damn.
 
The OAL ( 2.180 ) have to be short for the MR-1 to get great groups, it got a very short chamber, those WWB are 2.185 in lenght so one explaination to their succes in the MR-1... .JP.
 
If i still had my mini-14 i would try to reload with a very short OAL , maybe could have it to group better... JP.
