MS build 6.5 Grendel or 6 MM AR?

I’m planning on building one or the other and can’t decide .
Can anyone put up a ballistics chart comparing both out to 500 yards, using a 100 g bullit?

It’ll be used for target and hunting.

With a 19 inch medium contour barrel. Probably a Krieger,or something in that ballpark

Have you ever considered a 6.8 SPC? You would not be disappointed my friend.

I thought the 6 mm would have been much faster,

I messed with different powders till I found the highest vel. for all cartridges.
Here's one for the 6.5 with a partition....

So, the muzzle energy should be 1500 Ft lbs or greater, correct?

I would guess....Those are all calculated at 50 yards from the muzzle. For deer I use 800fpe as a min. impact, some say 1000fpe is min. for deer.
The three cartridges are a coin toss...The deer won't know what hit him.

I’ve been doing a bit of google research.
1650 at the muzzle is the norm.
I also looked at the 6.8.
I think the 6.5 is what I’m gonna go with.
