De grease your bolt and firing pin assembly thouroughly.
Lubricate with dry teflon spray lube.
Try the same ammo, if still having FTF's, try a different brand of ammo, it might be the factory stuff you have is slighly under dimension.
I doubt it is a headspace issue, unless you put some really corker loads through it you have'nt talked about.
