Msar stg 5.56 rifle

god damnit stupid canadian laws.. whats wrong with this kind of rifles when they are :

semi auto
and only contain 5 cartridges?

i highly doubt it is the bullpup design because many are not prohibited like tavor, fs2000..

sorry i dont know many things about black rifles but im still wondering why.. is the CF that stupid or there is a real reason behind that?

ps : i was aware that steyr aug variants are prohibited..

that is because they are very afraid that black guns will murder everyone. Pinning to 5 rounds because killing the sixth person is horrible.... Just stick to the tavor or FS2000 and get LAR15 pistol magazine, legally holding 10 rounds...
 
The Tavor is not prohib because at the time C-17 was written, the Tavor did not exist, same with Keltec RFB. Bad scary guns are prohibited by name, so the catch all- 'variant of' screws us for the MSAR.... same with GSG-522 the RCMP said it's a variant of the MP-5 (total horseshlt)
