I'm rather new to reloading and had picked up an MTM DS-1250 digital scale about a month ago. I went to load some ammo last weekend and when I went to use the scale it wouldn't turn on. I replaced the small watch style batteries and still nothing 
. The scale would make a high pitched noise sound if you held it to your ear and the screen wouldn't turn on. Needless to say I was kinda disappointed that I wouldn't be able to shoot that weekend.
I called MTM today to ask about mailing it in and getting a replacement and they were more than polite about sending me a new one free of charge.
I must say I'm glad they honour their warranty in the best way possible. I only wish every company could be as polite and perfect as these guys are!
I've bought all my ammo containers and ammo cans exclusively MTM branded as well as other accessories and I will definitely continue to do so in the future! I figure if they were nice enough to take the time to help me, I will take the time and let friends know what a reputable experience I've had.
