Hi guys,

would like to share.... I finally found a Mueller APV (in silver) for my Savage 19R17 BSEV! I've been looking for a year, off and on, and lo and behold theres a guy in Winnipeg that deal's them out of his house! His name is Phil, and he's a real good guy! I had business in the city, and he agree'd to meet me at a easy to get to location and do the deal..... but, he forgot them at home! So we ended up going there, and for my "troubles" I got a free gift pack, of a "shake and shine, i call em" flashlight! good deal.

Anyways, im glad to have found a Mueller dealer, I looked at the Mueller Eradicator as well, and I certainly will pick one up shortly! (as soon as he gets a silver one in. I'll put the APV on my 10/22T, and the Eradicator on the .17..... The APV came with a 3" sunshade, and full warranty. If anyone is interested, give Phil a shout! he primarily sells only over the internet vial mail order though. Which is great! His prices are very good as well, as I got the scope for 199.95 (plus taxes) :-( LOL... I'm looking forward to doing business with him again!

his website is called Whitefalls hunting supply's ###.whitefalls.ca, tell him Doug sent you! LOL.... maybe if a bunch of guys say i reffered them, i'll get a deal on my next scope!

These Muellers have EXCELLENT optics, the APV is sooo clear and bright, all the way to 14x! I really like it, and it feels solid..... now i know why so many of the American's on rimfire central use them on their 10/22's!

anyways, thought i'd just throw that out there... everyone seem's to post their bad experiences, i thought it would be refreshing to post something positive for a change!

Ginnz!

Phil used to be a dealer on here waaaay back when.

I have an APV on my 10/22 and always found it to be a great scope for the price. Not nightforce good, but not nightforce prices!

I think they are good scopes for the money. Remarkably sharp image for a $200 scope. The AO adjusts down pretty close for indoor shooting. Ideal for a 22.

yes they are! I like it so much i ordered an Eradicator in silver for my .17, and will transplant this one on my 10/22T as originally planned. I'm sure the Eradicator will be just perfect for gopher's on the .17! :)

ginnz.

well, Phil from whitefalls emailed and said my silver eradicator is on it's way..... im stocking up on 20 gr .17 hmr, so the gopher population at the lake will be taking a sure hit next summer... ;-)

Phil is a great guy to deal with. I phoned in my order for a Mueller APV 4.5-14X40AO in the morning and it was shipped out that same day.

The Mueller site is in the U.S.
I have a 8-32 as well and it is scary good for that kind of coin. I also have a hybrid on the way for a light weight rig I am putting together. I like the reticle on the Sport Dot too.

I have one on my HB Savage 22 and it is now poched. I highly doubt the 22 broke it and it's never been abused be me (can't say about the previous owned). Emailed Mueller and they said as I do not have a receipt there's no help for me... I buy Vortex now...
