Glad to see you moved to Alta and are happy, now back to our regularly scheduled programming. Gotta admit that northern BC's Peace country is home to a lot of the province's huge mulies & whitetails. But for a deer hunt via horseback, it's not the best choice as the best deer areas are in the Agricultural zone.

If your thinking about hunting SE BC you need to get into the high country during the last week of the season and hope for snow to get the deer moving.
