upon further review it appears he hit it a bit too high (and maybe too far back - but hard to tell what the angle was for sure, could be good for a quatering away)

regardless, if it went only 75 yards it wasnt a bad shot, thats for sure :)
 
Nice vid. I only viewed at it once, but the shot placement looked very good. Nice to see the impact like that.
 
any ways... once i figure out the conversion thing i'll post more vids...here is a pic of all the mulies from the weekend.

Nice work. I'd like to see a lot more videos posted here. Too bad that it cut off when it did. It's interesting to see how similar shots can have such different results: bang-flop; fall and get up then fall again; run like it was a miss, stand like nothing happened, then topple over, etc.
 
When they stand like that and you tuck that bullet in the area he did, they won't go far. Nice video. I'm gonna try that very same thing next week. Hopefully it looks very similar.
 
Good job. On a slightly quartering away presentation, that was a very decent hit. People should consider what the bullet is heading for after striking the skin. (Bottom line: It's hard to argue with a dead deer ;))

Did you get any pictures of the internal damage ?
