I'm not #####ing, I just made some comments on this public topic gun shots sound funny on film, they never sound intimidatingly loud, like a 270 WSM usually does. Also, if you watch the video, the shot indeed hit just below the deers spine, and to me that is a high hit, unless he was aiming for the spine, in that case it was a low miss relax dude, if I had a camera I would post that video too

no! chris was in the field and brian went to check on him when the bucks walked out. they don't seem to mind the dieseling so he left the truck running. but they were both out in the field.
as mr. bartell keeps pointing out that the shot was too high to hit the heart... yup but i'll take a doudle lunger anyday!
