Hi

I'm trying to justify a plate carrier and matching pants and shirt in MultiCam camo to use in ipsc 3 gun matches to hold. Mags and stuff.

Currently I don't hunt but I have a bit in the past and will likely do so again in the future. I thought I'd come here and ask the experts.

Do you think MultiCam would work well in south western Ontario? It's on the tan side so maybe better for the fall? What do you think?

Thanks,

I won't be this dressed up but this is a pic of MultiCam on a plate carrier

Nothing wrong with Multicam but maybe not for an IPSC match:

5.3. Appropriate Dress
5.3.1. The use of camouflage or other similar types of military or police
garments is discouraged. The exception are competitors who are law
enforcement or military personnel. The Match Director will be the final
authority in respect of what garments must not be worn by competitors.

fyi, i don't plan to hunt in the plate carrier just the pants and shirt. Two birds with one stone. I was just wondering if anyone had real world exp in Ontario with multi cam

Wow I did not know that about IPSC. I wore a green camo t shirt and ball cap the last level 3 match I shot. Not on purpose just because it's a comfortable shirt and my regular hat. What do people wear for 3 gun? most rigs for AR mags are some form of Camo or Mil colour.
