FFS, buy some prime rib and leave it out on the deck until it gitzs fuzzy.
Go git sum pork and do the same.
Scrape awff the fuzz and blend it thru the grinder.
Tawzs in a can awf dawg food.
Blend it up awl gooder.
Then put an eggy oar two in the blender.
Crackers and sum Kellawgzs corn flakes, mixer up.
Make sum patteez's and bbq this mix.
Oarder pizzah pie furr yerself.
Giddee-upp-goo.

Keep dem whishckeyz shawt glazzis full.
They won't know the diffrunce.

I'd eat horse without any 2nd thoughts. Too many folk here in NA equate horses with pets that should receive some sort of special status.

Why not eat dog, if you eat bear? I see horse as a herbivore the same as beef, moose, deer etc.
