Muzzle Brake for AR

Doug Olson - who did the majority of our cans now works for Surefire. As well Robert Silvers who does most of AAC's -and owns/runs www.silencertalk.com both of them are wealths of knowledge in the field. With AAC is having their Annual Silencer Shoot in Ga. this Setp 17-18.

Silvers is a genius -- I personally don't like him, but he is really smart.
He started off behind the 8 ball, but all the USSOC SCAR testing has pretty much pushed him and AAC to the head of the pack.

I've got a lot of suppressors from a lot of companies here to test. The two industry leaders from what I see are Surefire and AAC.
We still are the only one than can do 600 rds from a SAW though... ;)

While I think Dr. Dater is very knowledgeable and helpful, I have not been impressed with their recent suppressors.

I guess that was a old version. If you look on their website they list a few that work with suppressors, one specifically with the KAC QDSS-NT4 Suppressor.

P.S. the latest intel - is that Cerebus is going to buy out Kevin Brittingham and pull AAC under their mantle - Bushmaster, Remington etc...

Apparently the number is 14 million. I am hoping that Brittingham goes off to do something else cause he is an arrogant prick.

Don't post that Silvers is a genius, it will go straight to his ego. He is a smart guy but far from genius. He has admitted publically to trolling through old patents and cobbling together the best ideas. Hardly genius IMO.

Those two are masters at tweaking other people's ideas until they perform as well as is possible.

Well learn something everyday -- but for $150 - I will stick with our Triple Tap - of course I did not have to pay for mine...

For sure it's hard to beat free AND excellant quallity. PWS is making some really nice products tho, you should get one for testing purposes.

A source closer to the flagpole stated $40 million.... The other KevinB will have to stay working - part of the agreement.

Silvers did our BulletFlight program for Trey, he's an annoying egghead whom I genuinely have to restrain from bashing repeatedly in the head when he talks down to people.

I don't think Kevin Brittingham has any intention of selling, especially working for a new owner. In some ways he is very like C. Reed Knight Jr. and he is great friends with Trey (CRKIII)

Does anyone try to use the triple tap on the HK MR223. Does anyone know whether it works with good accuracy? I am thinking of getting one.

I had good results with a Jerry Miculek Comp on a 16" armalite. From what I know, Jerry himself uses or endorses a Surefire Comp. I found my XCR barely moves with the factory flashhider. I notice it has no vent holes facing downward....so the gas is directed up.
