Muzzle brake for Sub 2000

I was thinking of putting a flashider on mine . Being a gun for the truck ,canoe or hiking and camping I just wanted something to protect the end of the barrel from getting bumped and damaging the crown.

Let me know what model you decide on. I'm still thinking about it and would prefer not to have the barrel threaded. I understand some can be installed using a set screw. Still looking.

Maybe I hold mine the wrong way. I feel negligible recoil. Muzzle rise would be more of a problem for me it I had to point one out. I can see the value of a brake to compensate for rise for sure.

Custom thread or set-screw is the only way I can see this going.
