Muzzle brake

Does anyone handle a Vais style brake that could be mounted to a Savage 10FLP heavy barreled 223?
If so, are there any gunsmiths Calgary and south that could do the deed?

I'm pretty sure anyone can put any type of muzzel break on any barrel given it's thick enough. Not sure who or how much but wouldn't be too hard to chop off an inch and re-thread the new end.

Why do you want a muzzle break on a 223 anyway? I'm pretty sure that will void it from certain competitions. Something to keep in mind.

Shooting gophers and coyotes at long range, thus no competitions to be excluded from.
I have shot sub MOA at 200 yds (sand bagged) and would like to calm it down as much as possible. As far as looks, yes that too.

any person that can run a lathe can do it... but is the noise worth the recoil reduction...?
