muzzle brakes

I have a Roedale brake on my Rem 700 sendero in 7mm rem mag, and I love it, the recoil is reduced of at least 50%. It has now less recoil than a .308. They have both clamp-on and screw on models. The only thing is that you have to import them from Germany.

range etiquette for brakes??

I have been thinking about getting a brake but have heard mixed opinions on taking them to the range and shooting next to other F Class shooters.
Any range etiquette regarding brakes that you can pass along so I dont piss someone off ..... unnecessarily

I have a Dlask brake, had Klein and Gunther and another brand which escapes me this moment. They all work but they are bloody loud

I am working On A brake with 4 vent, the first 3 vent from the front tilt back 25 degree, while the last vent are straight out 90degree, this work great for my 260, the last vent actually cancer out some of the noise that are directed back to the shooter, result tame recoil and less noise.

I do not believe that brakes are accepted for formal F Class competition.
As far as range etiquette goes, good hearing protection goes a long way. A hard gun case between shooters can be worthwhile.
Brakes are very common where I shoot. Not a big deal.

I have this on a Rem 308 SA, works great!

i just dropped my gun off with jeff from grizzly gun works, super nice guy to deal with, price is good too and his brakes are top notch

Ditto on Jeff, called him up and had one sent out in aluminium for my t3 Tac, had it in a week, looks great going to the range next week to check it out.

Coretac vs Grizzly

I see some people used brakes from Coretac and others from Grizzly gun works are these the same brakes?

If you look at the pictures of their brakes on both websites they used the same pictures. Are Coretac and Grizzly the same company?

The same muzzle brake (308) is cheaper at Coretac than Grizzly.

Just checked pricing and Grizzly is now cheaper....
