Muzzle Break

It is spelled Muzzle Brake... as in the brakes in your cars instead of break as in something is broken... 
Every manufacturer will say they have the best. How good it looks is in the eye of the beholder... some prefer the "Tacticle" look.. other prefer a slimmer design. All of them reduce recoil tremendously and increase noise to anyone close... (instead of the noise being directed mostly away from the muzzle it will now be dispersed sideways and this reflects back to the shooter more... and is very loud to anyone beside you...)
