muzzle device on CZ858 when FSB is absent ?

How does one properly install a muzzle device (FH, brake, fake can) on a CZ858 when the front sight base is taken off ?
How do you keep it lined up and tight ?
loctite ?

I'm cheap.. I used a quick TIG tack to keep it from moving.

It fits for M14x1 Right hand threading which is the same on the VZ 858 as far as I know. I don't own one. I thread SKS's M14x1 Rh(instead of left hand) because I use vz brakes on them, I don't like any of the standard M14x1.0 LH brakes. I much prefer the VZ 58 A6 style brake (both performance and looks).
