Ruger 10/22 Target Tactical. I have developed some sort of deposit around the muzzle that nothing I've tried seems to remove...
Is that just an effect of the heat of the flash on the finish, or is it something I should be able to brush off with the right brushes and solvents? I haven't noticed any penalty to accuracy, but I don't want to use harsh scratching brushes if there's no reason to do so.
