Does anyone know about any traditional muzzleloader shooting events or competitions being held in southern Quebec or Eastern Ontario, or about any gun club which organizes or stages such shoots, even if informally?

too bad you were not in BC ---Nanaimo is having its annual bead shoot on Saturday of this weekend. Starts at 9 and runs to about 1 or a little after with a lunch supplied. Trails for both muzzle loading rifle and a hawk and knife trail

There's a black powder shoot (Beaver Lodge Rendezvous) at the Eganville Sportsman's Club range in July and another (Running Deer Rendezvous) at the Quadeville club's range in September.
They allow people to come in "off the street" and shoot but you can't take part in the competition for prizes unless you're camped there as part of the Rendezvous.
