My 10/22 SBR with JWH Custom bolt

LOL, that vid is a SU-22 w/275 drum mag. Maybe you don't know your guns.
It has nothing to do with the OP question. Lets stay on topic please. I really like the JWH bolt. Is the charging handle built into the bolt like some Volquartsen bolts?
I have the CH22 receiver and I need a removable charging handle because the CH22 receiver has an AR style charging handle already.
Plus the CH22 receiver has a smaller ejection port so I'm wondering just how much of the engraved bolt would show?
 
As long as I keep my hand on the AFG it shouldn't be a problem.The bolt and charging handle are separate.Here are some groups that I shot last year with the factory bolt.Hopefully the JWH bolt shrinks those a bit.



All groups were shot at 25 yards.

The JWH bolt "is" a factory bolt... he buys them from Ruger parts wholesale... and then pretties them up... I had one in my nephews build... I can't remember what it said, but my nephew thought it was pretty cool. I have a couple CZ's and a Kidd Supergrade to test once the snow goes... don't forget to post your range report.

You wrong the JWH bolts are 100 % made by JWH, it's not Ruger factory bolt engraved.

Well then, that is new... when he was selling them a few years ago on eBay, he stated right in the listing that they were Ruger OEM bolts...
 
you know, its just my opinion, and I know no one asked for it, but I find such short barrels on a rifle totally ridiculous, and see no purpose in it at all.... I bought a 12.5" .920 Dlask for my last 10/22 Marauder build, and absolutely LOVED that barrel! It was wicked accurate! I was a total idiot to sell it!

Put a slightly longer barrel on that thing and it would rock... ;-)
