Hi guys... i've updated my 10/22 last night with a Tactical Innovations fake suppressor and another 7" rail on the left side. Got both parts from Fabsports. The fake silencer cost 39$. It smaller than I imagined and the added weight is negligeable when everything's on the gun (bipod & light).
I put back the Troy front battle sight on my AR15. Will order the chinese copy from King Arms. If that doesn't work, then i'll go with a Midwest front sight.

are your screws longer on the sides for the rails? I tried my 7" rail on side but screws were too short

yes, you need to get longer 10/32 screws.
