My 1st paint job

I don't paint guns at home. It eventually flakes off and looks even worse.

Glad you can admit you suck at it, but stand ready to critic others attempts. if you actually hunt a rifle, any paint will chip.

Your webbing isn't my thing, but I applaud your creativity. It's quite bright.

Good work! If I can offer some constructive criticism - If you were to do this again I would suggest working on keeping the drizzled paint lines thin like what you have at the forend. Possibly another color too? Anyways good work, better than I would do thats for sure! And I agree with Demonical about the reducing the shiny appearance.

Ya looks good, and as per above, thinner lines and maybe a third medium brown it there. Regardless its got charachter and looks perty good!

Nothing wrong with that. More refreshing than the same old same old olive green paint jobs.

Best thing about shakey can is when you want to change it you just hit it with 80 grit and paint it something new...
