My 1st RED FOX

Nice. Seems like some one has something for red animals in manitoba as you need a trapping license to shoot fox or red squirrel. Both of which are very plentiful where I am.....like really squirrel as if were gona run out. But seriously, nice fox u got there.

Unfortunately Fox are off the hit list here unless you're a trapper. Would love to have a Fox hide, they are cool looking creatures.

Congrats!
Last time I posted a pic of a fox kill I got blasted by the membership for shooting a fox??!! Must have posted on not allowed to kill a fox day!! LOL
Yeah I could see that happening in some areas as foxes are few and far between because of the coyotes. But as hunters we shouldn’t criticize others who have harvested game legally.

Guess those fellas would be highly offended by my avatar. Plenty more where those came from round here. Caught a couple with mange and felt damn good taking those animals out of the population, for their own good as well as the good of the population in general. Would love to hunt them sometime but more so yotes round my grandparents where they've been raising hell.

On the topic of squirrels,Grey squirrel is for all intents and purposes a protected animal when it comes to hunting here in Quebec. WTF No season???

I love hunting coyotes also have no regrets, but I leave the foxes there aren't that many here and are nice to see but if I raised chickens it might be a different story.coyotes are hard on the deer population in the winter and I know of a few neighbors who lost calfs to coyotes.
