ILBR a friend of mine owns Bear-Hill taxidermy his name is Dan Hanley 1-250- 652-6154 he does do very nice work, the best on the island, and the mount would cost normally $540.00. He useally has a few ready at all times so you can see what type of mount you like, and gives advice on what might look good depending on the antlers, he thought i should consider the ears a little more forward in the alert position but i chose what you see cause that was the way he was when i shot him. I was going to try Region 5 this year too, but got tagged out in the area with a September meat buck while accompanying my buds on their LEH Moose trip to 5-12.

There are some hawgs up there as you have proven.

I hope i do get his dad this year but i have my 14 year old i would really like to get a nice one for first, any thing long range will be mine if we can't make a stock but other than that i hope the boy does well this year,he did take a nice fork last year. I am confident as we took two 4 points and a fork in 3 days of hunting last year, i'll be packing my new 270 WSM Win featherwieght this year and plan on using it. Take care guys, John.
