It's been a long time (20 years?) since Fallow Deer were in the Limited Entry Hunting Booklet. But, my hunting licence backpage says "1. MULE-DEER licence -BLACK-TAILED DEER and FALLOW DEER may also be taken under this licence"
Of the Deer here, that ive eaten, these Fallow taste the best.
The whole time I watched that video I was thinking "Krikee mate, pull the trigger"

I spent 6 months back packing across Australia shortly after high school and loved every minute of it. Unfortunately I was completely ignorant about the bountiful Deer hunting opportunities your country provided. I would have spent less time with a Victoria Bitter in my hand and tried to find a hunting buddy if I'd known.
Guess I'll have to go back...

Im not a beer drinker to be honest, i prefer a scotch can after successful hunts.
The last 5 years deer numbers have exploded and they are now where they werent and in numbers
Hope you git back down under mate..shoot a deer or two!
