My 22 shoots 1/2" groups at 50 yards/meters all day! Really? Prove it!

Just a side note.
I'm kinda surprised that Cooper owners haven't tried the challenge yet. Those rifles should shoot 1/4" @50 yards by factory standards.
I think it means that I must buy a Cooper.

Better hurry. Their price is jumping dramactically.

Made it today! Just by the skin of my teeth!

Group 1- 0.225

Group 2- 0.161

Group 3- 0.280

Group 4- 0.498 ---- Things went off the rails a bit here, but still made it!

Group 5- 0.124

Average- 0.258

The rifle is a Savage Mkii BSEV with a Falcon Menace 5.5- 25x50 FFP scope, mounted in 6 bolt rings of unknown manufacture. I was shooting off a bipod and rear bag from the prone position. Distance was 55 yards. The last group was terribly hard to shoot because my heart was racing!!!!! This was a lot of fun, thanks Underthegun!!

Good shooting. Keep your SK STD+ warm in a small cooler using microwaved glycol packs and you will make it!

Well I failed again

This time I used a Savage 23 that used to be my Great Step Grandfathers's rifle. I blame the wobbly table. Maybe next time...not bad for a regular 22 even with lapua ammo
