Funny, I had the same song going through my head looking at the pics Sean posted.

I'm getting so bad that I almost yelled at a customer who called me from a 705 number on my cell for getting me excited for nothing!

260 rem vs 6.5x55

I think you'll love the 260 Rem as well. The ballistics offered by the 6.5mm family of bullets are pretty freakin awesome and I have found it is pretty hard NOT to make them shoot. !
Between 260 vs 6.5x55. Is there much difference? I don't want to reload but have been told the over the counter 6.5 stuff is anemic to make it safe for older rifles. I assume the 260 ammo doesnt have this problem and that there is more over the counter options with the 260?

Guess I am a go now for a 260 from Sean now too. Wanted a pierce and xlr but my budget got cut so a remmy and mdt is on the plan. Pretty pumped after reading this thread.

Nice rifle, but you should really Pimp That Barrel up abit, send it to a qualify Gunsmith that can do, Then it would look kick ass. Try asking PGW, they might do it.

here are one of mine, I build this gun from scratch then flue it.

Wait till you guys see my latest project come together, also in .260, .308 and possibly 300 mag I am stocking up on actions and bbls...I don't want to let it out yet but it should be a pretty good seller. Waiting for parts...

On another note, I will be doing something similar to the pig but in .308 with some different options on the stocks for myself. Another member is doing a tac 21 build in .308 with a 14" bbl!!!
