Thursday was a beautifull day, temperature was 5 c., no wind at all, muddy range, available to me was a 100 and 200 metres, started to fine tune the zero at a 100 metres very banal move if you ask ( still got the Sightron Big Sky 36X on it, waiting my 2 sets of Tactical mark 4 Leopold rings since i want to put 3 rings , need to buy 400.00 of rings... Sh*t), took my time for the first shots Of Gold Medal, 2 bullet to bring it to perfect zero, after that not much to say except all 10 bullets went tru the same hole at @ 100M... Move my targets to the 200M and just installed 20 targets, did not want to walk that muddy trail 10 times so i started doing 5 rounds goups and after the 6 or 7 target, after changing ammo 208Amax, 168grGM and TRG handloads with 155 gr Scenars, all pretty gave me the same group at 200M, if you except the scenars that went about one inch higher, this rifle gave me everything i wanted with every bullets... Writing my tread and looking at the target, it seem that the money invest in that rig, is less important with those kind of results... I have to say that i shot over a 150 rounds down range and did undo the rifle 5 times between groups, did not make the smallest difference, now the trigger was set at one pound and the recoil whit all the ammo is very small, that propriaretary brake is one of a kind, it do feel like shooting tamed down 223 loads, got to put some picture of the 3 kind of ammo...JP.

Those scopes are bigs so it could be something that help if you hit the scope and i thought it look cool... JP.

The three ring set-up looks silly. Try a good one piece mount, there are many on the market. It will also allow you to break the gun down even further. Good shooting

Something important i forgot to mention, the 1 and 1/8 inch black dot in the middle of my 6 X6 inch target is exactly what the dot in the middle of the very tiny crosshairs of my Sightron Big Sky 36X cover @ 200 metres... This is big help in achieving greats groups, i know for clarity the S&B cant be beat but this Sightron is already one of my favorite... JP

Today went down in Vankleek Hill to our farm house to do some work, i decide to take my Nemesis along and my P-35 to get some velocity #, little sand pit in the back of the house, 2 tables and i was set up... The 168 gr GM Fed gave me and average of 2640 fps with 14 SD--- the 208 Amax loaded at 95% gave 2555 fps average with 8 SD and finally the 155 Scenars loaded at 95% average 2840 with only 4 of SD, on my 2 reloads i still have room to improve velocity, the 20 inch barrel is 1 in 10 and i find it to be an above average fast barrel, with devellopement it should be easy tu push those Scenars at 2900+ and retaining my sub half moa accuracy, so if i ever make it to the mile shoot in Peace River, that should be the LOAD... JP.

Just finishing reloading 50 rounds of 308 208 gr Amax Winny case. 51 gr of R-17, should get me a tad over 2600 fps in my 20 inch barrel.... max lenght to fit the Nemesis mag 2.853 the mag is 2.855 ( just cycled all the rounds from the mag and feeding is smooth) and the lands are sitting at 2.870, so this is the shortest jump i can have and still fit the mag, the last bunch i made gave me a jump of .0035 so i am pretty sure that it could be the sub .25 group @ 200 metres, if i succed pictures will be posted... JP.
