My 597 VTR

Rock River Arms - Operator ordered. Says shipped already too... now I hope the guns shows up soon.... Course it's -47 with 110kph winds right now... don't think I'll be shooting it for some time anyway.... :(

Canadian or American don't matter... I prefer realist.

Your face freezes solid in 90 seconds. A 50 yard trip means frostbite cheeks...

However, that being said, when the gun gets here, as long as the wind is down, which I guess it will have to be for the gun to land anyway... I'll be target shooting a few rounds and back in the truck.... It'll suck and I'll freeze.... but at least I'll freeze with a sh%t eating grin on my face!!! :D <---Like That.

Kirklr, I also purchased that Rifle. The pardos collapsible stock? Did your rifle come with that stock when you bought it? mine came with the standard AR stock and I was told by the importer that the shipment Canada bound would not have the collapsible stock and the only 597 vtr's with that stock went to a place called Gander mountain in the US and was exclusive to them. also the gander mountain exclusives had a 20 inch barrel where as mine was only 16 inches. If you bought the stock in Canada I would like to know where and even a aproximate cost. thanks man.

No got it at Questar here you go https://shopquestar.com/shopping65/shopexd.asp?id=256&bc=no and it is a good deal sell your old one with the tube and the new buffer and spring to cut down on the cost. I'm really happy with this stock.
