My 9mm reloads are jamming my USP

Pull the barrel out of the pistol and drop each and every round into the chamber, with the barrel vertical and chamber up. You will find the brass that does not fall into the chamber easily and you can investigate the bad rounds for the problem...

This^^^^ At least you can narrow things down then. If its a before firing issue it will show up here, if not at least you know its something related to your powder/pressure. I'm gonna put my money on sizing, but let us know what you find.

Why guess when you can narrow down whats happening a little more....

any case that goes through the lee factory crimp die will chamber your pistol. no need to chamber check
add the die at the end of your progressive, done,

The Lee Factory Crimp die is the holy grail of 9x19 reloading. Makes ammo that chambers perfectly without having to oversize the cases.
