Locked out and old email address is on file here

When I try to update it’s sending my link to a very old email address and the only way to change it is to have access to an email

I got lock out of my account and CGN kept sending an confirmation email to an email I never had - there is no way of contacting them you would think that after double digit returned emails to them they would figure it out.

I have an old account under Sharp Shooter. I received this message below.

"Your account is currently security locked and awaiting a password reset. A request was sent to X@X.com
Resend request"

Really smart to do that, I don't use the email anymore that was attached to that account. Can you moderators put the email from the Sharp Shooter 2 account on to the Sharp Shooter account and delete this account?

This illustrates the importance of keeping your account details up to date.

The administration team are not mind readers, how are they supposed to know your email on file is not in use.

I doubt very much your request will be honored.

This could also be used as a way to hijack someone's account.

For example I could have created this sharp shooter 2 account and posted this request and if honored by the administrative team then I would be in control of the original account.

Is life really that hard to manage for people where they just throw their arms up and quit things over the smallest of inconveniences ?

How do these people handle income tax problems or investment issues or complex insurance claims or legal matters ?
