Found another advantage to buying the CGN membership. I too was locked out and I renewed only in April. I was able to get an account recovery and just like Rick of Rick and Marty “I’m back baby”. The first thing I did was open the message telling me that there was going to be a forced password reset, (a little too late). Yes, I should have updated my e-mail 5 years ago but I dealt with membership renewals etc. through CGN so never noticed the e-mail error. I am sure there are a lot of long time members on here with the same problem. If someone posts they are locked out they are looking for help NOT you shouldn’t have screwed up or read the banner or noticed the PM. If they wanted I told you so they can get that from their wife.
Is there any other forum that does a forced password reset, and if so, how do they handle locked out members?

People respond to what people write. If they come and only ask for help, they would get it.


But, If they come with angry accusations, complaints and attitude they get it back. Pretty simple really.

The contact us tab gives us a message telling us our account is locked. No way to co tact admin thru old accounts

I’m hanging on to see if somehow i can get my old account reactivated without paying.
