12.5 bbl, Knoxx recoil absorbing folder, Just over 26", Mag fed, Ghost ring sites. This is as short as you can make them & still be comfortable firing 3" slugs!

You can Fire 3" slugs? I thought the gun was rated for 2 3/4" - or is that only the magazine and not the chamber? Cheers.

It was labeled 2 3/4" because 3" slugs do not reliably feed with out a little modification.

I hope all you guys have done my 6 round mag mod!

If anyone wants it done mail them to me I'll mod them and mail them back.

Here's mine,
it's an 870 with Dlask 12.5" threaded with Rem extended breacher and +1 extension. Knoxx stock with hogue front and slip-on grip. Mossberg Ghost rings, side saddle and tuned up nicely by Police ord.
Will be getting a 8.5" magfed when they come in.
Enjoy.

very nice I had the same set up on my 12.5" mag fed with a Blackhawk forend. Hassle of getting a new FRT though

Pardon my newbie ness. New FRT? So am I to understand if I buy a 12.5" barrel for my 18" magfed and keep the OAL over 26" I need to get the shotgun reclassified?
Thanks

yes, since the gun now has a barrel length of less than 470mm.

its not a hassle at all - simply call the CFC and tell them that you want to amend your certificate with a new barrel for your shotgun, give them the specifics, and thats it. make sure you specify that the gun is 12.5" from the factory, and that the OAL remains over 660mm.

There's someone around here that lost a few front teeth with one of those Knoxx stocks.
