Pretty proud papa today. I think the smile says it all. He got the whitetail just before noon and the mulie doe 2 hours later. This was probably the best day of hunting I’ve ever had.

Very nice !
His smile does say it all.

Were those pics actually taken today ?

If they were, it proves my theory that SW Sask (i.e Moose Jaw - Swift Current - Maple Creek - Assinibioa ) has its one weather "Vortex" that always seems to be way better than Regina. I am looking a tonnes of snow that needs to be shovelled off my sidewalk as I write this.

Haha yes it was today. We were hunting south of Swift Current on the border. The temperature is always 3-5 degrees warmer down there than Swift Current.

I’ll gladly take some of that snow off your hands. We are pretty dry down here yet.

Nice to see the next generation enjoying and being successful at the basic things in life. There's no app for that. Congratulations!

Very nice buck... congratulations to your son, and great job dad for keeping our hunting heritage alive.
