My boy's first steel challenge

My oldest one has been asking to come out to steel challenge for awhile now. Decided to take him with me to the abby steel challenge since its summer break for for him. He did quite well.

Good on you for teaching him to shoot accurately and safely. Maybe you guys should start a junior division to encourage more shooters to bring along their kids and grow the sport.

I have to say that not only is he going to get the coolest dad award from his little guy, Maverick has done a simply phenomenal job of teaching his son. Little Mav's gun handling is nothing short of superb, and the confidence and focus he shows is pretty amazing considering his age.

Well it looks like a new hand gun is in the near future

The whole drive home he couldn't stop talking about the gsg and asking when we can go look at some hand guns. He says its his new favorite even over the sr22

Its really nice to watch him enjoy something like this and get to spend some time with him.
