My brand new Leupold Deltapoint doesn't point :( - UPDATE

So... I just sent my brand new Leupold Deltapoint to the Korth Group for warranty. When I put a battery in, it seems to work fine. It is motion activated so it will turn on when it detects motion and when it is still for 5 minutes it shuts off. I let it sit for 5 minuter and it turns off as it is supposed to. The only problem is it doesn't wake up. I have to take the battery out, and put it back in. Then as long as there is motion it works. If it goes to sleep, no go.

Anyone else have this problem?

how is your deltapoint doing?

do you know more about Leupold's warranty if anything else happens?

Im seriously considering one.. need advices.

Its for a glock34 mos.

i would like to buy something SOLID, that wont die after or lose zero after 100 rounds.
