I hunted with a friend of mine on Rememberance day:canadaFlag: and man was it slow.
This is the only Buck larger than three points that we found. We only saw 10 deer all day and we moved alot of bush. This Buck was chasing a doe in an open field. My buddy Andrew took him with a clean shot from his .270 WSM.

Nice buck! we only saw 3 deer our first week, my sis shot a spike and i shot a huge 8 points... the other one was a doe... so i guess 10 in one day aint too bad
 
I am starting to feel really sorry for you easterners. Jebus, NO deer in 2 weeks! 3 in 2 weeks! No deer in 3 SEASONS:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

WTF? Why do you guys live there? Sound's an awful lot like purgatory to me.

I was all PO'd that we only saw 30 or so elk this year in a week of bow season. Now I just feel bad.
