My bullet casting machine

Yes it is a Click PLC. Every component is from automationdirect.com. Same as the program, which is free BTW. I do not monitor the temperature for now as the machine thermostat works great. I will buy the PID Magma sells when I will find a welder I can trust to weld the probe on my pot. I don't know any welder and I will not go to just anyone. I guess I'll wait for a while. There are many PID for sale cheaper than Magma and actually I can make one myself but I want the one Magma sells for some reasons.
The air supply is a shop air compressor that pumps 200 PSI for the shop needs. The controller has a pressure regulator so I don't really care how much pressure the main line has. The pressure I use for the controller is around 60 PSI. Tried less and it was a punishment for the sprue plate to open. At 60-62 PSI works perfect.

I'm waiting now for a 125 gr RNFB 9mm Mihec mold with no lube groves to try it. I will try the much trumpeted Hi-Tek coating with the new bullets and see how the whole deal perform.

I have a click plc that I have used in another project, I already have the software. I was meaning the program that you have made to run that process. But I imagine that it would be fairly straightforward to build myself anyway. I like the concept. I have a feeling that I am going to be building one of these...
