On second thought, that wouldn't be fair. The law is pretty clear on that: you don't shoot or do anything lethal to a fleeing robber because he isn't a danger anymore (and he has won his lunch).

I was recently told upon inquiring at a local gunshop that laser sighting devices are not available in canada and are not legal to import. Is this not so ? I was looking for one to put on my Colt LE.

I have seen them in a few gun stores, and never heard of them being illegal in any way. Esp' when one can buy Laser pointers all over the place.

Might be one of those...gun store not wanting to go through the trouble so they make something up sort of things.

I have heard the same thing about Rubber buckshot, and slugs, and folding stocks...yet another store has no such problems about getting them in...so I'd
