how can you tell if the ejection clip is broken on the bolt. i was having problems with it not pulling the empty case out
i had that problem with mine and i took the bolt apart and blasted it with about 1/2 a can of G-96 gunk buster then hit it with a tooth brush.
problem solved!
it seems that they build up a tonne of residue right under the extractor claw and they need a good cleaning every 20-30 years to get that out.
im thinking that since the extractor is tensioned off the weld on the bolt and it is kinda on the long side that its prone to getting all gunked up.
anyways, thats a cheap easy fix, give it a try!
