This is a Joe Cowan, Windage adjustable rest. It seems extremely well built, and is very, very steady. It weighs about 14 pounds without bags. They are fairly expensive though, and this one cost a bit more then I was hoping it to, but IMHO it was worth it. The windage, and elevation adjustments are super smooth.
This makes my Hoppes rest feal and look like a piece of junk.
