My CZ 75 SP-01 is in...

I received my SP-01 in the mail today, much to my surprise! I REALLY like the look and feel of this pistol! Opening the box, the gun was in a plastic bag and very oily; gave it a quick strip/wipe down, and a light greasing. It's a little smaller than I though it would be, but it has some nice heft to it. I am liking the grips, they are rubber, not plastic. I'm not sure when I'm going to get a chance to shoot it (maybe saturday ), but I can't wait! here are some pics... check out the tritium sights!

I just returned from Willams Arms and closed the deal on my own '01.
I have, and will keep, a Combat 85, which was my first handgun.
The newer model is sweet... nice grips, good heft...Yum!
Can't wait 'til I pick it up!

I got a chance to quicky put a few rounds through it (40) this afternoon. It was rain/snowing, and there were no target stands, so I just shot at some coffee cans I brought.

WOW.

I am very impressed. Low recoil and very consistant. I can't wait to head down to the indoor range and seeing what it can really do.

Me happy. Well worth the wait.
