thats interesting? can you take a picture of were its deformed?
You cant tell by eyeballing it it just seems the pin doesnt want to go through the left side of the hole. It started to get harder to push with fingers until eventually I have to use a tool push it through
im thinking you should replace your dust cover/bolt return springs.
I already replaced the whole rear spring assembly after it became loose and if the receiver cover wasnt pressed down before cycling the action it bolt carrier would be stopped. The cover would tilt up at the front and so I would hold it down with my right palm and charge the action with my right pinky and ring finger. The whole rifle is falling apart I have wire wrapped around the gas tube push pin because the pin doesnt stay put. I also have some duct tape on the lower handguard pin so it stays put

Lol Ive had it since 2010 and the estimated round count is around 5k to 6k. Sometimes I would buy a crate and shoot the whole box in one trip, so I dont know how accurate my guess is

Probably more rounds than that on the rocker![]()

I was shooting it today and probably put about 100 rounds until this happened. After a couple shots in a fresh mag the trigger was slack like the striker wasnt cocked.
I cycle the action and an unfired round comes out the chamber and I check for primer marks, nothin. I should have stopped there and looked at it but I figured it was the gremlin but in about 5000 rounds I never have this problem. I load a new mag, fire, then trigger dead again but hes jammed shut.
I couldnt open it with my hands and I bashed the charging handle on table to open and here it is the piece that goes on the bolt broke off. I bought this rifle around 2010 at P&D and it probably shot 5k to 6k times.
I bought a replacement locking piece on the EE, just got back from the range no problems with a couple hundred rounds. Also replaced the piston spring, the old one was about 1.5 cm shorter than the new one. The lower handguard pin is too loose so I put 2 matchsticks in, tapped each side with a hammer now its way more secure than it ever been
