I agree. Our then 9-yr old didn't take kindly to the puppy when they first met. But the new one sparked up the old one's mojo, and they play hard together now.

True, it happened in the town where my daughter works. Apparently there was some interesting discussion between the husband walker and the police before they were eventually fined.

My pup gets all the exercise he can handle, oh it helps being rural. Cooper usually puts on a mile or more every morning, a little less now as we brought the cows in to the yard after the big storm.

puppies don't run them till they are 1 years old and the bones/joints are fully formed. If they nip give a yip/yelp so they know how much is too much (you only have this chance when they are puppies, they won't learn it when older)
